This is a traditional example don't but afraid to get funky!
Use your freedom of expression with embellishments, paint, yarn, threads etc.
Diary Block Example:
"I celebrated the 4th of July with family today, here a cute little flag to remember it"
Starts August 2020 at our Zoom Meeting through ?
Make a block in the size of your choice, based on a theme you choose to represent activities, emotions, or anything you might put in a diary. You may use any medium (fabric, paint, floss, stamping, collage, etc.) and any technique as long as the block starts on a piece of fabric.
At each ZOOM meeting, members will show each diary block they have made. You can make one for the month, one for each week or however many blocks you want and then give a quick explanation about what inspired your creations.
Note: These are simply blocks, not little finished quilts.
